I specialize in architecture careers, including job applications, portfolios and interviews. I began to mentor many aspiring and practicing architects during the economic downturn in 2008.
I have worked for several world-renowned architecture firms across the U.S. and Europe, including Foster + Partners in London. I am a licensed California architect and LEED Accredited Professional with a Master’s Degree in Architecture. When I am not helping others with their careers I can usually be found somewhere outdoors.
I am an author and Content Partner for ArchDaily, writing on the topic of architecture careers. I currently reside in San Francisco and I am the founder of The Architect’s Guide.
SO WHY THE ARCHITECT'S GUIDE BLOG?
The Architect's Guide is a collection of what I have learned about the architecture job search and what it takes to be an effective and successful applicant.
If you already have a job in architecture, I hope that by sharing my experiences – both my wins and failures – will help you reach your own career goals.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to see you on the blog sometime soon!
Please feel free to contact me with questions, ideas, or just to say “Hi.”
