1. Architecture Portfolio Layout: Part 1

This tutorial explains how to lay out a design portfolio using guides, text placeholders, and simple shapes. I use Illustrator, but the principles apply to most any Adobe program. In part 2, we will implement this layout design in InDesign.

In this video, I implement our layout in InDesign and use Master Pages and font styles to save time and improve consistency. I also demonstrate how to automate page numbering and generate a table of contents. These are good strategies for efficiently creating a multipage portfolio.
